“I’ve been working with Avani, Geoff, and the rest of the Jersey PT staff for less than 2 months and I’m happy to say that I am so close to meeting my goal of being pain free when I go for my walks! I have had chronic pain in my hip for years that had gotten so much worse over the last several months. I was waking up in the middle of the night from the pain, had difficulty with regular day to day activities, and worst of all I was struggling to go for my long walks which I LOVE to do! The PTs accurately figured out the issues causing the pain and through treatments and exercises in the clinic, along with following my home program, I have been building up my strength and endurance. While I’m not yet completely pain free, I have so many “tools” to use (primarily the exercises) that help ease the pain when it occurs! I’m so grateful for the help and kindness every staff member has shown me!”
