PT Laura Freneaux along with friends and family took part in American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K walk on October 16th. The walk is New Jersey’s largest breast cancer walk. Â They were amongst the 16,000 all covered in pink at Point Pleasant Beach to help raise money for breast cancer research and awareness.
Hooray! Â The event was a sure success raising over $1 million in donations.
If you are interested in attending an event this October it may not be too late, the American Cancer Society sponsored six walks on Sunday and eight total in the month of October.  So please visit their website at https://www.cancer.org for upcoming events or to simply make a donation and join in the fight againt breast cancer.
