Gym Program
This is a continuation program offered to those patients who have finished physical therapy at JPT. The benefits of this program are flexible appointment times, familiarity with staff/equipment and access to your physical therapist for any questions that may arise. We want to give our clients the best care in a comfortable environment.
The fee for this program is $50 per month.
We advise that you speak with your insurance company as well, as some plans might require that you see a physician first.
