General Questions:

1. Where are you located? Conveniently located on Route 27, at the intersection of Beekman Road. We are in the building with Coldwell Banker, across the street from Commerce Bank and CVS and next to the Mobil station. Our location is convenient for residents of Franklin Park, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Princeton and other surrounding towns.
   
   
2. What should I bring to my initial evaluation? Your prescription, insurance card and referral if appropriate.
   
   
3. How should I dress for my initial evaluation? Wear loose fitting clothing, sneakers if you have them and dress comfortably.
   
   
4. How long are my initial evaluation and following treatments? The initial examination is usually 1 hour and the corresponding treatments can be anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on your condition. 
   
   
5. Will you bill my insurance company or do I have to send in for reimbursement? As a courtesy, we verify your insurance information and submit bills on a weekly basis. When we receive payment and an explanation of benefits, we will then bill you a balance if you have a co-insurance. 
   
   
6. Are all your physical therapists licensed? Yes, all of our therapists are licensed professionals in the State of NJ. We take many continuing education courses to enhance our knowledge and education.
   
    
   
7. What will I have to pay for treatment? Because every insurance plan is different, we verify your insurance benefits and will let you know your responsibility prior to initiation of care. We offer flexible payment programs if they are necessary.
