If so, Jersey Physical Therapy will be participating in the Annual Health Fair at the South Brunswick Senior Center on Saturday, October 23rd, 2010. The screenings will take place between 9-12 am.

Annual Fitness Physical Weekend Event
The Annual Fitness Physical is a comprehensive, 1.5 hour exam and report completed by your physical therapist that tests your general health, strength, flexibility, core strength, balance and overall functional status. We recommend that to stay healthy you should have regular yearly physical by your physician along with a yearly fitness physical by your physical therapist. This is a good way to stay in touch with your physical therapist and determine exactly what your exercise needs are in order to reach your fitness goals.
The cost for this exam and report is $100.
