Thanks to your hard work, dedication and encouragement, I finally arrived at the moment of testing for a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Truly this accomplishment belongs to all of you as well, so I thought I would share it with you. Saturday, July 31st was the day and things went very well. The knee is holding up fine and training continues. You guys are awesome. While I don’t miss being injured you sure made the recovery more enjoyable.
